Role Description

SDR/BDR responsibilities:

Qualify and convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified opportunities (SQLs).

Generate new business through proactive outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Conduct thorough research on prospects to personalize outreach and understand their business

needs.

Use frameworks such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to pre-qualify opportunities.

Maintain accurate records and follow-ups within the CRM.

Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and

progress opportunities through the pipeline.

Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, lead qualification, and conversions.

To become a part of our team:

15 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles (SaaS

preferred).

Proven communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to engage confidently with

decision-makers.

Experience in lead qualification, cold calling, or consultative sales is a strong plus.

Ability to work on multiple tools simultaneously (CRM, HelpDesk, Phone tools, etc.).

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a US time zone

Work Timings: 5:30PM to 2:30AM US timings (East Coast, Central, and West Coast)

Location: Noida - Hybrid (3 days a week from office)
