We're hiring: Sales Development Representative at Berribot
Want to sell AI that's changing how enterprises hire
Berribot is an AI-powered conversational recruiting platform helping companies across India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East hire faster and smarter, through AI recruiter outreach, automated interviews and assessments, and AI video proctoring.
We're looking for an SDR who loves starting conversations with decision-makers.
What you'll do
Run outbound prospecting via cold calls, email and LinkedIn
Manage and qualify inbound leads
Research target accounts across BFSI, IT Services, GCCs, Retail and Healthcare
Book discovery meetings with CHROs and Heads of Talent Acquisition
Work closely with our Account Executives and VP of Sales
What we're looking for
1–3 years in SDR, BDR, inside sales or B2B lead generation
HR tech, SaaS or recruitment tech experience is a big plus
Comfortable with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and tools like Sales Navigator or Apollo
Multilingual; Hindi is a plus as we expand in the North market
India (Hybrid/Remote), preference for Bangalore or Coimbatore
Clear growth path towards a Sales Manager role for strong performers
