About The Role
We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative (B2B) to engage with decision-makers, qualify prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline for a fast-growing AI company.
This role is suited for professionals with 13 years of B2B inside sales experience who enjoy structured sales processes, meaningful conversations, and target-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound B2B leads
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls with prospects
- Interact directly with founders, managers, and key decision-makers
- Schedule product demos and support the closure process
- Maintain timely follow-ups and update the sales pipeline in CRM
- Achieve monthly outreach and conversion targets consistently
- Collaborate closely with founders and senior sales leadership
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in B2B inside sales or SDR roles
- Comfort with cold calling, follow-ups, and objection handling
- Experience selling SaaS, software, or services to businesses
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Target-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
