Job Title: Sales Development Representative (B2B)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong B2B lead generation expertise. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on building and scaling a predictable outbound and inbound pipeline for the sales team.
The ideal candidate understands modern B2B buying behavior, knows how to engage senior stakeholders, and can consistently drive high-quality meetings through structured outbound and inbound sales development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development & Prospecting
- Own end-to-end sales development for assigned segments, accounts, or territories
- Execute multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, calls, and other relevant platforms
- Research and identify high-intent accounts, ICP-fit prospects, and decision-makers
- Personalize messaging based on industry, role, pain points, and buying signals
- Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
Pipeline & Qualification:
- Qualify leads based on ICP, budget, authority, need, and timeline
- Maintain high-quality pipeline with clear qualification notes and context
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly meeting and pipeline targets
CRM & Sales Operations:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Log all outreach activities, notes, and outcomes consistently
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and engagement metrics
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
Collaboration & Feedback Loop:
- Work closely with marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead quality
- Share on-ground insights about prospect objections, trends, and competitor positioning
- Collaborate with AEs to refine targeting and improve conversion rates
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales development or lead generation roles
- Proven track record of booking high-quality meetings in mid-market or enterprise B2B
- Strong experience with outbound prospecting and inbound qualification
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research, personalization, and objection-handling skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling SaaS, IT services, or high-ticket B2B solutions
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools and prospecting platforms
- Experience working closely with marketing and revops teams
- Understanding of account-based selling or ABM motions
