Job Summary

AIWO is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth across our longevity and wellness ecosystem. You will identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients and strategic partners for our premium health programs and services. As the first point of contact, you'll build relationships, generate qualified opportunities, and support revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, interest, and readiness to engage.
  • Schedule consultations and discovery meetings for the sales team.
  • Research prospects and personalize outreach to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Follow up consistently with leads and nurture relationships throughout the buyer journey.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation efforts.
  • Support corporate partnerships, healthcare collaborations, and strategic business development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and reporting.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with professionals, executives, and high-value prospects.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, fitness, preventive healthcare, or health-tech industries.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and outbound prospecting.
  • Understanding of consultative sales methodologies.
  • Exposure to startup or founder-led organizations.
