Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Development Representative. The role involves identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting outreach via call and linkedin , building rapport with clients, and assisting with business development efforts to contribute to company growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and nurture potential client opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective client relations and presentations
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
