About Activated Scale
We're a B2B sales talent marketplace that places pre-vetted, US-based SDRs, AEs, and fractional sales leaders with startups and growth-stage companies. We're hiring our internal SDR team to run our own outbound motion. This is a builder role, not an order-taker role. You'll inherit a working tech stack (Clay, PhantomBuster, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), proven sequences, and a script that's booking meetings. Your job is to operate it, improve it, and scale it.
What you'll own
You'll be responsible for booking qualified meetings with two prospect types: founders and sales leaders at companies hiring SDRs (our C2H offer), and seed/Series A founders building their first sales team (our fractional offer). You'll run the daily outbound motion across LinkedIn, email, and cold calls, monitor what's working, iterate on copy and targeting, and feed back a signal that improves the machine. You'll also bring your own AI workflows and automation ideas, we use Clay and PhantomBuster heavily, and we want SDRs who are already building like this.
Day to day: cold calling US prospects (script provided), LinkedIn outbound through pre-built sequences, email sequencing through Instantly, prospect research using Clay, daily activity tracking, weekly review of what's working.

Non-negotiables: US business hours overlap, clear English on calls, demonstrable AI/automation fluency, willingness to be measured on qualified booked meetings as the primary KPI.

Why this role is different
This is not a role where you'll be told to make 100 dials a day and that's it. We measure outcomes (booked meetings), not activity. You'll have agency over your workflow as long as the outcomes show up. You're joining a 250+ client business with a working playbook, not a startup where you're figuring it out from scratch. And because we are a sales talent marketplace, the career path here is real, top performers move into AE roles, account management, or team leadership within 12 months.
