Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager with prior experience in US IT Staffing, Consulting, or RPO. This role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new client relationships in the US market
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
- Set up meetings with hiring managers, procurement, and decision-makers
- Present staffing, IT consulting, and RPO services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts, MSA agreements, and rate structures
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Track sales pipeline and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to align client needs with talent delivery
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in US IT Staffing / IT Consulting / RPO sales
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and meeting setup
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue

- Existing book of business or active client relationships
- Experience closing mid-to-large enterprise accounts
- Strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
- Familiarity with VMS/MSP environments
