Urgent Hiring Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our expanding team. CTC: Up to 4 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of advisors/agents across diverse professional backgrounds.
  • Provide structured training, on-field support, and continuous motivation to enhance team productivity.
  • Plan and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Drive business growth through the advisor network by ensuring consistent performance.
  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics and provide timely feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with team members.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Assist team members in client interactions and closure of deals.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team.
