Job Description:

Role :Sales Development Manager 

Location: Chennai

Years of exp needed: 1+ yrs (Any sales exp is fine)

Interview mode : Assessment + In-person 

Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with Bank branch managers and staff
  • Ensure visibility and positioning of products within bank branches
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Generate leads through bank customer base
  • Conduct joint calls with bank staff to close sales
  • Promote Life Insurance products (Term, ULIP, Savings Plans)
  • Motivate and drive branch staff for cross-selling insurance
  • Attend regular sales meetings and performance reviews
  • Field sales exposure

Customer Engagement

  • Meet customers for financial planning discussions in near by branches and locations
  • Provide suitable insurance solutions based on needs
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Qualification:

  • Graduate (mandatory)
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales(Any sales exp is fine)
  • Banking / Insurance / BFSI sales etc

 Key Skills

  • Strong sales & negotiation skills
  • Relationship management
  • Target-driven mindset
  • Good communication (English + Tamil preferred)
  • Basic financial product knowledge

Career Growth

  •  Area Manager → Branch Manager → Regional Roles
