We're expanding our Sales team and looking for a strong Sales Development Manager who can drive revenue, accelerate lead-to-close cycles, and manage a predictable pipeline.
Role OverviewAs the Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-quality pipeline, qualifying inbound/outbound leads, running demos, and converting prospects into paying subscribers. This role requires strong communication skills, B2B sales experience, and the ability to sell a subscription service model.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Qualification- Manage inbound leads and qualify them using a structured discovery process.
- Run targeted outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, and CRM workflows.
- Identify high-intent prospects among startups, creative teams, SMEs, and agencies.
2. Sales Engagement- Conduct product walkthroughs, demo calls, and pitch ATD's DaaS model confidently.
- Customize conversations based on customer needs: design, motion, UI/UX, presentations, etc.
- Drive prospects toward monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans.
3. Pipeline & Revenue Management- Maintain an accurate, constantly updated CRM pipeline.
- Drive leads from first contact to closure within short sales cycles (15 days).
- Forecast weekly and monthly sales targets with clear visibility.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with marketing to enhance lead quality and conversions.
- Coordinate with onboarding and operations teams for smooth client handoffs.
- Provide feedback collected from leads to improve positioning and pricing strategies.
5. Performance Optimization- Analyze objections and refine pitch structure for higher conversion.
- Run A/B experiments across scripts, email sequences, and demos.
- Focus on upgrades, upsells, and long-term customer value.
Required Skills & Experience- 37 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, design services, marketing, or agency industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport with founders, CMOs, marketing heads, and creative teams.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Zoho/Pipedrive).
- Proven track record of hitting monthly sales targets.
- Ability to manage fast-cycle sales environments.
