About the roleWe're looking for a driven Sales Development Associate to support Uniify's outbound sales efforts. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS sales and enjoy initiating conversations, building pipelines, and booking qualified demos.
You'll work closely with senior sales leaders and play a key role in increasing demo velocity, allowing the sales team to focus on conversions.
What you'll doResearch and identify potential HR and business decision-makers
Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls
Initiate conversations and qualify prospects based on defined criteria
Schedule product demos for the sales team
Maintain and update lead and outreach data
Follow up consistently to move prospects through the funnel
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging
