Job Description

The Business Growth Developer is responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and optimizing sales operations through effective CRM utilization. This role requires a strong background in sales strategies, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making to support revenue expansion and long-term business success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Must have experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service and Sales Hub, Power App, and Power Automate.
  • Preferably knowledgeable with Business Central or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; data-driven decision-maker.
  • Can report either in Madurai or Amritsar Office
