Role Description

This is a full-time Account Specialist role, based on-site at our office in Amritsar. The Account Specialist will play a key role in managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing financial data, and ensuring all tax, bookkeeping, and financial requirements are efficiently managed. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with account management, and offering financial insights to help clients businesses succeed. The role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless and proactive financial experience for clients.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Quickbooks, Xero, Zoho and Tally is a must.
  • CA-Inter or CA qualification
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Effective Communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and collaborative problem-solving
  • Knowledge of Finance concepts and understanding of tax compliance, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
  • Customer Service orientation with a commitment to fostering positive client relationships
  • Proficiency in Account Management to handle financial systems and client accounts efficiently
  • Well-versed in tools and software commonly used in accounting and financial analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in accounting firms or financial services, is advantageous
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
