Job Responsibilities (Daily task performed)
Attaining walk-in clients explaining to them modular kitchen, wardrobe vanity concept, handling them in a professional and courteous manner ensuring maximize revenue.
Should be proficient with Auto cad in order to prepare the design if required and give technical explanation and presentation to the client.
Responsible to govern and overlook the design department and derive maximum efficiency.
Should possess a creative vision to create exquisite designs and implant the talent in team members.
Managing Design discussions with internal team client.
Managing Sales discussions with clients Architects.
Supervising showroom operations.
Responsible for sales target achievement of the designated store.
Conversion of visits to sites.
Developing new avenues to boost up the sales graph.
Doing cold calling for new leads on daily basis.
Schedule meetings with clients/architects and discuss design ahead.
After finalization of the design schedule final measurements of the site.
Visiting on-site if required and understanding the client s needs.
Working on Monthly Sales targets.
Taking Client confirmation on design quote.
Checking and giving approval on final Design, Technical Quotation.
Keep track of changes done after confirmation given by the client.
Checking Bill of material and share with the factory accordingly.
Coordinating with the purchasing team for understanding the cost and quality of material to be purchased.
Confirmation of order given to factory according to the finalization.
Visiting factory visit if required.
Look after the Site execution with the installation team.
Coordinating with the accounts team related to the closure amount.
To be involved in the complete process from sales to logistics, delivery and assembly.
