Role Overview

We are looking for a design-led sales professional who combines architectural or interior design expertise with strong sales ability.

This role will own the entire sales funnel, from lead qualification to final project closure, while working closely with design and execution teams to develop compelling proposals for commercial interior projects.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with clients, understanding spatial requirements, developing design proposals, preparing BOQs, and closing high-value interior projects.

(Real Estate Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Qualification & Funnel Management

·      Handle incoming leads from marketing, referrals, and business networks.

·      Conduct initial client discussions to understand project requirements.

·      Qualify opportunities based on scope, budget, and timelines.

·      Maintain and track the sales pipeline and opportunity stages.

2. Client Engagement & Consultative Selling

·      Conduct first discovery calls and client meetings.

·      Understand client requirements related to Office interiors, Retail fit-outs,   commercial spaces.

·      Translate business requirements into spatial and functional design solutions.

3. Proposal Development

·         Prepare design proposals and concept presentations.

·         Develop functional layouts and preliminary design ideas.

·         Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project proposals.

·         Coordinate with the design and technical team for detailed drawings.

4. Sales Conversion & Deal Closure

·      Present proposals and conduct client walkthroughs of design concepts.

·      Handle commercial discussions and negotiations.

·      Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.

·      Ensure proper documentation for project onboarding and contract signing.

5. Coordination with Design & Execution Teams

·         Work closely with Architects, Interior designers, technical teams, Execution teams, marketing and business development teams

·         Ensure the client brief is accurately translated into design and costing.

6. Client Relationship Management

·         Build long-term relationships with, corporate clients, Retail brands, Office developers, Business owners, Broker network etc.

·         Drive repeat business and referrals.

Key Skills Required

4–7 years of experience in real estate / interiors BD

Strong networking & negotiation skills

Proven track record in client acquisition & revenue generation
