Sales & Delivery Coordination
- Act as primary liaison between Sales, Delivery, and Clients for smooth transition from deal closure to execution
- Own delivery commitments and ensure feasibility, readiness, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with sales teams on solution design, pricing, timelines, and resource planning
Project & Service Delivery
- Manage end-to-end delivery of solutions, services, or projects
- Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines
- Identify delivery risks early and implement corrective actions
Resource & Performance Management
- Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to meet delivery targets
- Monitor performance metrics (cost, margin, SLA, quality) and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain strong customer relationships and act as escalation point for delivery issues
