About Us: We are an AI-native studio that provides personalised photoshoots for life's precious milestones. We're growing fast and need a customer sales executive to grow with us.

The Role: You'll be the first voice our customers hear - converting Instagram & WhatsApp leads into paying clients and guiding them through to delivery.

What You'll Do

• Convert warm leads via calls, DMs, and follow-ups
• Handle end-to-end customer journey (inquiry payment delivery feedback)
• Maintain records in Excel & Zoho CRM
• Coordinate with the technical team to get the best outcome for a customer

Who You Are

• Confident communicator in English & Hindi (voice calls essential)
• Comfortable with messaging on WA & Instagram in English & Hinglish
• Fully remote but disciplined
• Sales-minded with a hunger to grow
• Comfortable with basic CRM and Excel
• Prior sales experience preferred, not required - mindset matters more

Compensation

• 15,00020,000 per month fixed base during 2-month paid trial
• Uncapped performance commission (top performers earn > 2X salary easily)
• Permanent role + increment after 2-month successful trial.
