This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Cum Operations Manager, based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing daily sales and operational activities, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient supply chain management. Responsibilities also include driving revenue growth, managing client accounts, coordinating logistics operations, and reinforcing quality assurance and compliance. The Sales Cum Operations Manager will closely collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance service delivery.

• Sales and Business Development skills, including customer relationship management and sales planning
• Operational expertise in supply chain management, logistics coordination, and process optimization
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using software tools and understanding IT solutions for streamlining processes
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field
