Role Description

This is a multi-functional role for someone who's good with people, organized with leads, and can assist the CEO in client communication and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads (Instagram, WhatsApp, Google)
• Prepare and send quotations using templates
• Maintain follow-up sheet and update status
• Maintain CRM or daily inquiry sheets
• Assist CEO with task tracking and WhatsApp reporting collection
• Help with client invoice tracking and payment reminders
• Occasionally assist with content ideas or replies

Skills Required:

• Very organized and proactive
• MS Office / Excel / Google Sheets + WhatsApp business usage
• Fluent in English
• Should love client interaction
