Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, remote Sales Counselor who will play a key role in guiding prospective students toward the right educational programs. Responsibilities include engaging with potential students, understanding their needs, providing information about our courses, offering appropriate recommendations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Counselor will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with prospective students and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Organization skills to meet targets, manage inquiries efficiently, and maintain detailed records.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive abilities to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Familiarity with competitive exam coaching or EdTech sectors will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software, email communication, and basic computer skills is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote work environment.
- Graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
