Job Title: Sales/ Admission Counsellor

Location: Jaipur & Delhi

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Shift Timing: Day Shift (10 AM to 7 PM)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales/Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales, with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls and effectively communicate with customers. If you are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you!

In addition to standard sales responsibilities, the role also includes student counseling and admission for Top Crew Aviation, an aviation training institute for pilots and cabin crew.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers

- Generate leads and follow up on existing leads

- Explain products and services to customers

- Provide counseling to students regarding aviation training programs

- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

- Meet daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or telecalling

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English

- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
