Key Responsibilities:
Provide counseling to students and parents.
Convert inquiries into enrollments through the application of effective sales techniques.
Manage leads received via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Maintain meticulous follow-up records and update CRM systems.
Achieve established monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
Prior experience in education counseling or sales is preferred.
