Job Description

Job Summary

The Hair Sales Counsellor will act as the primary point of contact for patients exploring hair restoration solutions such as Hair Transplant (FUE/DHI), PRP, and GFC treatments. The role focuses on understanding patient concerns, building trust, and driving treatment conversions through effective counselling and personalized solution mapping. The counsellor will guide patients throughout their journey—from initial consultation to treatment closure and post-procedure follow-ups—while ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Patient Consultation & Need Analysis

  • Engage with patients to understand hair loss concerns, history, expectations, and treatment goals.
  • Recommend suitable solutions including Hair Transplant (FUE/DHI), PRP, GFC, and medical treatments based on patient assessment.
  • Clearly explain procedures, benefits, timelines, and realistic outcomes to build confidence and transparency.
  • Support doctors during consultations and reinforce treatment plans post-consultation.
  • Sales Conversion & Revenue Generation
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads and convert them into clinic visits, consultations, and treatment closures.
  • Present customized treatment plans, pricing, packages, and ongoing offers effectively.
  • Build strong follow-up mechanisms via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels to nurture leads.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, conversion ratios, and revenue goals.
  • Patient Journey Management
  • Ensure a smooth and premium experience for walk-in and consultation patients.
  • Address patient doubts, objections, and concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Guide patients through pre-procedure preparation and post-treatment care coordination.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with doctors, OT team, and front desk for scheduling consultations and procedures.
  • Ensure proper handover of patient requirements and treatment plans to clinical teams.
  • Maintain real-time updates in CRM regarding lead status, counselling notes, and bookings.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, and treatment documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, data confidentiality, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales acumen with high conversion ability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of Hair Transplant (FUE/DHI), PRP, and GFC treatments.
  • Patient-centric approach with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any field (Healthcare/Science background preferred).
  • 2–8 years of experience in sales counselling, healthcare counselling, or aesthetic/clinic sales.
  • Prior experience in hair transplant, dermatology, or aesthetic clinics will be an added advantage.
