Academic Counsellor / Inside Sales

Role & Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions and conversions.
• Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.
• Achieve assigned monthly/weekly sales and admission targets.
• Maintain and update candidate information in CRM software.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Academic Counselling / EdTech / Sales will be preferred.
• Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
