Role Description The Sales Counsellor internship is an on-site Hyderabad role focused on counselling prospective students and professionals, explaining OneGrasp's services, managing leads and follow-ups, and supporting outreach and conversions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse individuals and build trust.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Satisfaction skills to convert leads, understand needs, and ensure a positive counselling experience.
• Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage inquiries, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with team members, and adapt to a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
• Interest in education, career guidance, or study abroad services; prior experience in counselling or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, and comfort using online platforms for communication and record-keeping.
