Admissions Counsellor / Sales Executive – Pilot Training
Begumpet, Hyderabad | 1–3 Years | Bachelor's Degree
WFO | Full-Time | ️ Mon–Sat | 9:30 AM–5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
* Handle student enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media & walk-ins
* Counsel students/parents on pilot-training courses & pathways
* Understand eligibility, career goals, budget & training timeline
* Follow up with leads, schedule counselling & campus visits
* Explain fees, payment schedules, documents & admission process
* Maintain CRM/Google Sheets and coordinate enrolments
* Achieve counselling, conversion & enrolment targets
Requirements
* Experience in Admissions / Education Counselling / Consultative Sales / Customer-facing roles
* Strong English & Hindi communication; Telugu preferred
* Good follow-up, objection-handling & parent counselling skills
* Knowledge of CRM / Google Sheets / MS Excel
* Aviation experience preferred, but not mandatory
Salary: Based on experience + Performance Incentives
