Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: Minimum 6 Months

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

Buzzmint Media is looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students/leads, understanding their requirements, explaining our courses, and converting interested prospects into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential students through calls and follow-ups.
• Understand the learner's requirements, career goals, and interests.
• Explain course details, benefits, fees, and career opportunities clearly.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper communication.
• Convert qualified leads into course enrollments.
• Maintain daily call and sales records.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for admissions and onboarding.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with prospective students.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, or a similar role.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Candidates with experience in sales will be preferred.
