Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Counsellor for a leading aviation training company. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding aviation courses and career opportunities
• Handle inbound & outbound calls and follow-ups
• Convert enquiries into admissions
• Maintain daily follow-up data and CRM updates
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication & convincing skills
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
• Basic knowledge of aviation courses (preferred)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation (any stream)
• 13 years of experience in Sales / Counselling (Aviation/EdTech preferred)
