Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant, based in Surat. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their automotive needs, providing expert guidance, and presenting tailored vehicle options. Additional responsibilities include facilitating the end-to-end sales process, generating leads, achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the purchasing journey.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with customers and address their needs.
  • Experience in Sales, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Sales Management and Training to develop strategies and support team performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Surat and a passion for the automotive industry.
  • Relevant experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
