Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge including Tally, MS Excel, MS Word, Canva, and PowerPoint. The candidate will support the sales team by managing data, coordinating with clients, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities-:

Sales Coordination-:

  • Assist the sales team in daily operational activities.
  • Coordinate with clients for order confirmation, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Maintain customer records and sales data accurately.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.

Data Management & Reporting-:

  • Maintain sales records using MS Excel.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Update CRM or internal databases regularly.
  • Track pending payments and coordinate with the accounts team.

Accounts & Billing Support-:
  • Basic knowledge of Tally for invoice entry and record maintenance.
  • Support in preparing billing details and payment tracking.

Presentation & Marketing Support-:

  • Create presentations using PowerPoint for client meetings.
  • Design basic marketing creatives using Canva.
  • Assist in preparing product brochures and promotional materials.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain proper documentation and filing.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Accounts, and Operations departments.
  • Handle emails and customer communication professionally.

Required Skills-:

  • Basic knowledge of Tally
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
  • Ability to create presentations in PowerPoint
  • Basic designing knowledge in Canva
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail

Preferred Candidate Profile-:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination or similar role
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Basic understanding of sales processes
