Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our advisory and sales team in managing client interactions, lead flow, and deal processes. This role offers a front-row seat to the real estate industry and a strong pathway to grow into a client-facing advisory position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads across residential and commercial real estate
  • Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to engage potential clients and generate qualified opportunities
  • Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups with high intent prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal progress
  • Work with AI tools for business automation to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Develop compelling presentations and pitch materials for real estate projects
  • Work closely with the advisory team to ensure smooth client experience from first interaction to closure
  • Support sales conversions through timely communication and structured follow-ups
  • Assist in documentation, coordination with developers, and transaction processes
