Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

Educational Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales.

Experience:

  • 12 Years in sales coordination (Preferred in Construction/Infrastructure/Geosynthetics)

Location - Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with sales team and technical team to support daily operations and business activities.
  • Assist in preparing letters, quotations, BOQs and product submissions.
  • Understand basic geosynthetics applications (geotextile, geocell, geomembrane, drains, etc.) and communicate benefits to customers.
  • Track enquiries, follow up with prospective clients and maintain lead status in ERP or Excel sheets.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for order processing, dispatch planning and material tracking.
  • Support end-to-end tender documentation including downloading, compiling, submission and follow-up.
  • Maintain and update customer database, project pipeline and sales dashboards.
  • Assist sales team and technical team in scheduling client meetings, presentations and site visits.
  • Handle front-line customer communication via phone, email and WhatsApp.
  • Prepare MIS reports on weekly and monthly for sales & technical teams.
  • Assist marketing team with brochures, PPTs, case studies and digital promotions.
  • Build strong professional relationships with contractors, consultants and distributors.
  • Ensure proper documentation of orders, invoices, delivery challans and certifications.
  • Support coordination during exhibitions, events and product demos.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
