Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Log, allocate, and track service/installation tickets across all channels in the service system/CRM

• Coordinate scheduling of installers/technicians based on location and workload

• Follow up on pending/overdue service tickets and ensure timely closure

• Maintain accurate records of spare parts requests, warranty claims, and service history

• Act as the communication bridge between customers, field staff, and supervisors

• Generate daily/weekly service status reports for management review

• Handle inbound customer/franchise queries related to service status

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline

• 2–4 years in service coordination, back-office operations, or customer support

• Strong MS Excel/CRM skills

• Good communication and multitasking ability
