Job Description 

Designation: Sales Coordinator 

Job Location: Delhi, Gurgaon 

Department: Sales 

Direct Reporting To: H.O.D 

Job Purpose 

Responsible for overall sales coordination, including handling customer enquiries, lead qualification, 

allocation of leads to team members, quotation / PI (Performa Invoice) generation, and follow-up until 

conversion. 

Responsibilities 

1. Experience in handling customer enquiries from different platforms such as cold calling, social media, 

marketing platforms, and existing databases  

2. Ability to conduct technical telesales calls  

3. Experience working in machine / instrument product-based manufacturing organizations  

4. Experience in lead management – enquiry handling, lead qualification, product information sharing, and 

follow-up until conversion  

5. Experience in maintaining centralized leads and customer data in CRM systems  

6. Experience in preparation of quotations and PI (Performa Invoice) in CRM systems  

7. Ability to follow up on shared Proforma Invoices and drive sales conversion  

8. Ability to assign leads to sales team members  

9. Coordination with sales team and customers until receipt of PO and final payment  

10. Coordination with inter and intra-department teams until order dispatch  

Requisite Skills 

1. Basic technical knowledge of machines and products  

2. Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM tools  

3. Good communication skills – written and verbal (Hindi & English)  

Desired Skills 

1. Experience in product manufacturing and instruments organizations  

2. Ability to work in a team and coordinate across departments  

Education 

Preferred: Technical Graduate (Diploma / BE / B.Tech) or Minimum Graduate  

Experience 

Relevant Experience: 3 Years
