Role Overview
CVanté is looking for a detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator to manage incoming inquiries and verify customer interest before passing leads to the sales team. This role focuses on structured communication, lead verification, and accurate data handling — it does
not involve direct selling or closures.
Key Responsibilities
Screening & Coordination
- Respond to incoming inquiries across company channels using pre-defined templates.
- Ask qualifying questions to understand requirement and interest level.
- Identify genuine prospects and filter out irrelevant inquiries.
- Maintain polite, clear, and professional communication/ follow-ups.
- Route verified leads to the sales team with complete context.
Data Management
- Record and maintain accurate lead details in Excel/CRM sheets.
- Update lead status, remarks, and basic requirement information.
- Ensure clean and usable data is shared with the sales team.
Process Adherence
- Follow defined scripts, formats, and communication guidelines.
- Ensure timely response and handover to maintain lead freshness.
- Maintain consistency and data accuracy at all times.
- Coordinate internally to avoid duplicate or incorrect lead allocation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, presales, sales, CRM handling, business development, or similar roles.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Comfortable working on communication tools/email/chat and basic Excel sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and structured working approach.
- Ability to follow processes and maintain accuracy.
