Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support daily sales activities
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records
  • Communicate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and queries
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
  • Track sales targets and provide regular updates to the team
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance departments
  • Handle documentation and ensure accuracy of data
  • Follow up on pending orders and payments
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 13 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM software
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Working Conditions

  • Office-based role
  • May require coordination with multiple departments
