Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai Masjid Bunder East for a Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating sales activities, respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or portal, following up on client inquiries. Daily tasks include processing sales orders, managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction, liaising with different departments for timely deliveries, and contributing to the smooth operation of sales-related processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage orders, schedules, and systems efficiently.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to engage with clients professionally and resolve inquiries effectively.
• Knowledge and experience in Sales roles, including building relationships, understanding client requirements, and supporting business goals.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM tools is highly desirable.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in marine, industrial, or logistics sectors will be an advantage.
