Job Description

Job Role: Associate Sales Coordinator

You should apply if you have:

  • Experience in FMCG, Pharma, Nutraceutical, or Healthcare industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM software is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for coordinating with team members, distributors, retailers, and cross-functional teams
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ownership-driven attitude—comfortable taking charge of projects end-to-end
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

  • Struggle with ownership and require constant supervision to drive tasks
  • Are uncomfortable working with data, numbers, or analytical problem-solving
  • Are not willing to collaborate with cross-functional teams or external partners
  • Avoid negotiation, communication, or distributor interaction

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
  • Team management and coordination ability.

What will you do

  • Coordinate with sales team for daily sales activities and follow-ups.
  • Maintain sales reports, order records, and customer databases.
  • Process orders and coordinate dispatch with logistics/warehouse teams.
  • Follow up on pending payments, orders, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports, target reports, and MIS reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and clients regarding stock availability and order status.
  • Support sales managers in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper documentation of invoices, payments, and sales records.
  • Monitor sales team attendance, tour plans, and reporting systems.
  • Communicate promotional schemes and product updates to the sales team and customers.
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and training sessions.

Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience

Working days: Monday - Saturday

Location: Okhla Phase 1 (Work from Office)
