Job Overview

Filpro Sensors is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to streamline sales operations, maintain customer communications, and support the sales team in managing orders and client inquiries for industrial sensor solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Receive, review, and enter customer orders into the system accurately; generate quotations and proforma invoices.
• Client & Team Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries regarding order status, delivery timelines, and product availability; support field sales personnel.
• Lead Management: Coordinate inward sales leads, route qualified inquiries to account managers, and maintain CRM records.
• Logistics Tracking: Collaborate with production and logistics departments to monitor order fulfillment and ensure timely dispatches.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare regular sales summaries, track pending quotes, and maintain organized customer records.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or administrative support role (experience in B2B, manufacturing, or industrial automation is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or Tally).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Key Traits: High organizational ability, keen attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
