Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via calls and emails.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and product information.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Support field sales staff with relevant product, pricing, and inventory information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Tele-sales
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant IT and printing consumables based on customer needs.
Lead Management
- Manage enquiries and leads received through platforms such as IndiaMART and Just Dial.
- Ensure timely follow-up and proper documentation of all leads.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Track customer interactions and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor and report on telesales performance, lead conversion rates, and follow-up status.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
