Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Sales Coordinator will manage daily sales operations, coordinate with customers and the sales team, and ensure the seamless flow of information to support business processes. Additional tasks include maintaining records, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting in executing sales-related activities to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to effectively manage inquiries and client relationships
  • Understanding of sales processes and the ability to support the sales team in achieving targets
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
