Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Coordinator who can effectively support the sales team and coordinate with customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-organized, quick to respond, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and clients for day-to-day sales activities.
• Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, orders, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Accounts, Dispatch, Production, and Logistics.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery and customer updates.
• Maintain customer records, sales data, and follow-up reports.
• Prepare MIS and regular sales reports using MS Excel.
• Follow up with customers for payments, orders, and other requirements.
• Support the sales team in managing existing customers and new enquiries.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of all sales-related activities.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• candidate with 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Customer Coordination.
• Should be active, proactive, and confident in communication.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and sales documentation.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Should be quick to understand processes and take ownership of tasks.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Candidates who are knowledgeable about sales processes and customer handling will be preferred.
