Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Officer to support sales operations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of business activities. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, documentation, and communication
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely execution
- Maintain proper records of sales activities and documentation
- Ensure availability of sales-related materials and resources
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, delays, or issues
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support when required
- Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and suggest improvements
- Assist in planning and organizing promotional activities and events
- Prepare reports and support month-end target tracking for management
- Support senior management in order management and customer coordination
- Participate in sales training and develop strong product knowledge
- Maintain effective communication with sales representatives to ensure smooth operations
Required Skills:- Exposure to the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Candidate Profile:- MBA or M.Pharm with relevant experience in pharma industry
- Prior experience in sales coordination / business development support preferred
- Candidate based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate
