Working days - Monday to Friday
Work timings - 9.30 am to 7 pm IST
Roles and responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B and B2C clients using the assigned databases.
- Effectively present and communicate Al Shirawi Vending Solutions products and services.
- Assess customer requirements, qualify leads, and arrange meetings or follow-ups for the Dubai sales team.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Address objections professionally and provide clear, concise product information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets for both B2B and B2C leads.
- Work closely with the Dubai Sales Coordinator to enhance lead conversion and overall sales effectiveness.
Must have skills:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in BD/Lead generation
- Experience conducting outbound calls to prospective B2B and B2C clients.
- Ability to effectively present and communicate products and services.
- Skill in assessing customer requirements, qualifying leads, and arranging follow-ups.
- Understanding of CRM Systems
- Demonstrated ability to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
