Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the monitoring of daily operation of sales administration and operational functions.
- Coordinate end-to-end order processing upon sales confirmation to material dispatch, ensuring timely execution of sales orders
- Provide support on delivery schedules.
- Process sales order with using SAP system.
- Monitor and keep track on documents & shipment delivery as per schedule. Act as the primary liaison between Sales, CHA, Transporters and Customers to ensure smooth material movement
- Familiar with shipping Incoterm and Letter of Credit. Manage import clearance and bonded warehouse operations
- Effective time management is essential, strong critical thinking & ability to solve complex problems effectively.
- Must be a highly organized individual and self starter
- Detailed oriented, capable of following complex procedures which require tracking of pending items for timely follow-up, use of multiple systems, and an ability to troubleshoot one's own problem and determine necessary course of action(s) to resolve.
Job Success Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma with a minimum of 2-5 years related working experience, preferably in manufacturing industries.
- Preferably with experience in sales administration, customer service representative, customers liaison, export and shipping documentation, intercoms and preparation of reports.
- Computer literacy and well-versed in order processing softwares, SAP
- Good track record of responsibility, resourceful and able to work independently.
