Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Ranchi. The Sales Coordinator will support sales teams by managing schedules, ensuring order processing and customer follow-ups, preparing reports, and assisting in the coordination of sales activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, handling inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficient in customer relationship management, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with sales coordination, reporting, and record handling
• Skilled in scheduling, time management, and multitasking
• Familiarity with sales systems, tools, and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience in financial services or banking is a plus
