Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator who is highly organized and detail-oriented to join our team in an execution and follow-up role. This individual will support our President-led sales process by handling the operational aspects of the sales cycle. This is not a sales or negotiation position, but rather a role focused on sales operations and coordination. The sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales team, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-ups across various stages of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Tracking: Manage and update the sales pipeline to ensure accurate, timely information.
  • Client Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to foster relationships and ensure progress.
  • Call Preparation & Scheduling: Assist in preparing for sales calls and organizing meetings for the sales team.
  • NDA/SOW Tracking: Track non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong Written English Skills: Excellent written communication skills for both internal and external correspondence.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Sales Operations or Coordination Experience: Prior experience in sales operations, coordination, or similar roles is a plus.
  • Overlapping U.S. ET Hours: The role requires availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
  • Proactive & Independent: Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Location:Rajapalayam, India (must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours).
