Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Gwalior. The Sales Coordinator will handle daily sales operations, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure seamless customer service. Key responsibilities include managing client inquiries, preparing sales reports, tracking orders, maintaining records, and assisting with other sales activities to achieve organizational goals. Collaboration with various teams to address client needs and ensuring smooth communication will be vital parts of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, and supporting sales processes
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with a strong focus on client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
  • Attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role is an advantage
