Sales Coordinator

Globe United manufactures process instrumentation and flow-control equipment — strainers, orifice assemblies, level gauges — for oil & gas, power and water treatment clients across the Middle East. Our New Delhi office handles order execution and procurement for ADNOC-approved projects and leading EPC contractors.

We're hiring a Sales Coordinator to own customer orders from confirmation through to dispatch.

What you'll do

• Process incoming sales orders and support the sales team on customer quotations
• Float RFQs to vendors and compare offers on price, delivery and compliance
• Raise purchase orders, obtain QC approval, and chase supplier acknowledgements and readiness dates
• Coordinate GADs, ITPs and sizing calculations with engineering; submit to customers via transmittal and close out comments
• Collect MTCs, test reports and inspection documents; follow up with vendors on certification gaps
• Arrange third-party inspections, expedite delayed orders, and keep order status visible to sales and management
• Liaise daily with our UAE QC, logistics and accounts teams

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering
• 1–4 years in sales coordination, project coordination or procurement — ideally valves, flanges, fittings, piping or instrumentation
• Able to read specifications and drawings: ASTM/ASME material grades, flange ratings, NDT terminology
• Strong written English and Excel; organised and persistent on follow-up
• Strong freshers considered at junior level

Full-time, on-site, New Delhi. Direct exposure to international EPC projects and our UAE operation.
